Rainbow Six: Siege Team Wins First Title

This past weekend, the Polish Masters League for Rainbow Six: Siege took place in Warsaw. Four teams had qualified: PACT, the winners of the previous season, GoSkilla, Invicta Gaming, and, of course, Team GamerLegion.

At the beginning of the offline tournament, our boys, who had started as a mixed team, had to go up against the defending champion PACT. They had to accept a narrow defeat (7-8) in the first game of the best-of-three series. Fortunately, this did not deter our boys who were ultimately able to defeat PACT, and in part by a large margin (8-6; 7-1).

In the Winner’s Finals, we were pitted against GoSkilla. This time, it was surprisingly easy going for us, and we were able to win both games by a wide margin of 7-0 and 7-2. Meanwhile, PACT had fought their way through the Loser’s Bracket, which is why we had to go up against them once again.

The Grand Finale was fought out in a best-of-five series. On Coastline, our team exhibited first-class gameplay and won by an incredibly large margin of 7-0. No round was relinquished, which made quite an impression. Consulate on the other hand was fiercely contested. PACT was able to digest the previous defeat seemingly well and evened the score by playing 7-8. Next, we were able to wrap up Clubhouse and Border. We won both maps with a score of 7-4, allowing Team GamerLegion to win its first title in Rainbow: Six Siege!

GGWP to Namea, Rotko4, iqorex and, of course, our two other players Saves (Natus Vincere) and Krzok. Coach morxzas was visibly proud, as his analyses and strategies had a significant influence on this great success.
